With summer about to start, the Gear for Groms team is excited and planning for future events and fundraisers!
We are looking forward to July, not only for summer swims and cookouts, but because we will be spreading the word about our organization at local events including the Beech Mountain Summer Concert Series! Look for our tent in the village at Beech Mountain Resort July 28th-30th where we will have good vibes, a game or two, and FREE WATER (until we run out). Hopefully we can get Sheryl Crow a Gear for Groms sticker!
Looking back, our inaugural gear drop event In May was a great time where we pumped some jams, played foursquare AND collected a bunch of gear including a few full snowboard setups! We can't wait to get this gear into the hands of kids that need it through our Gear for Groms Gear Library.
